Return Policy
We want you to have a great experience with El Guapo Gentlemens Clothing. We make it simple. If you’ve ordered the wrong size or have any other issue, you can always exchange or return your order so long as:
- Your items are unworn, undamaged, in re-sellable condition, and in their original packaging.
- Your return request is submitted within 5 days of receiving your original order.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

Timing
Once our warehouse has received your return, please allow 2 weeks for a refund or store credit to be issued. If it has been longer than two weeks, please contact us.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping within the contiguous U.S. for orders over $100. We do not offer free return shipping for items valued at $100 or more shipped within the contiguous U.S. Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes.
Orders with expedited shipping that are placed after 2pm PST will not ship the same day. Please note that orders do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or major US holidays.
We reserve the right to refuse free shipping for any customer returns.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Our orders are packaged and shipped out quickly after they are placed to ensure that your boots arrive as soon as possible. Because of this, any changes to your order (including address changes, product changes, or cancellations) must be requested as soon as possible after your order has been placed. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but cannot guarantee any changes will be able to be made after your order has been placed. Depending on the amount of time after the order has been placed, order changes may be subject to a fee of $20.00.

Defective/Flawed Products
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you experience any material or craftsmanship flaw, please contact us so that our customer support team can assist. Unauthorized third party purchases are not covered by El Guapo Gentlemens Clothing.
